hi mr.jones, i am back from district competiton. well, i was both disappointed and happy, because although i won 1st place in district, but my score was catastrophic(literally), i was so nervous(this is my first time in district) and went super slow...but still made lots of mistakes on the 2nd pg, I did 52 problems and got a 147, (usually i am in the 200s...terrible...). But anyways, i want to thank you for the help you and your website gave me, i'll soon be back with more questions once i get my test back from my coach. :). You finally updated your website! Great!

Congratulations!!! I understand about being nervous as I was always a nervous wreck before taking my tests. Although a 147 may not be your best score it is certainly good. Keep working on it and you will eventually raise it considerably. My advice is not to forget about it over the summer or even after the competitions are over.

P.S. After all the questions about probability you gave me, I thought I should include a section on it. It takes a long time to add a section, as I have to be careful about explaining what I am thinking so people can understand it. Also, coming up with good examples is not as easy as it looks. Add all that to my work, and it is hard. So thank you for understanding how hard it is to update.
