a question about probabilities

Say we have an urn containing 1000 tickets. 50 of them are winning tickets. The chance any one person will draw a winning ticket is 5%. But what is the chance of a winning ticket beeing drawn if 2 people draw? What about if 3, or 4, or 5 or so on? Is there a formula that can be used? I assume it is a little more complicated than just adding 5% for each person that draws a ticket. Thank you.
